By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address (used for login and password recovery)
  • User ID (an internal identifier)
  • Authentication credentials — Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider and are not stored by us in plain text.

1.2 Profile Information

You may choose to provide:

  • Display name

1.3 User-Generated Content

The App allows you to enter and store work and revenue data, including:

  • Job names and revenue amounts
  • Optional job details (such as external IDs or addresses if you choose to enter them)
  • Job lists and list descriptions
  • Completed jobs and work sessions

All charts and summaries shown in the App are derived from this user-entered data.

1.4 Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase:

  • Payment processing, subscriptions, trials, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple
  • Subscription status and entitlements are managed using RevenueCat
  • We do not store your full payment details.

1.5 Technical and Device Information (Limited)

To keep the App functioning:

  • Authentication session tokens are stored securely on your device to keep you signed in
  • Our service providers may process limited technical information (such as device identifiers or diagnostic data) required for their SDKs to operate

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, camera access, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide core revenue and job-tracking features
  • Sync your data across devices
  • Display summaries and charts
  • Process subscriptions and restore purchases
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and ensure app stability

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help operate the App, including:

  • Supabase – authentication and database hosting
  • RevenueCat – subscription and entitlement management
  • Apple – payment processing and subscription management

These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.

The App does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and app data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data, including:

  • Your authentication account
  • Profile information
  • Jobs, job lists, and completed job records

Some information may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your user profile
  • All job, list, and revenue data
  • Your authentication credentials

This action cannot be undone.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Secure authentication handled by our provider
  • Restricted access to stored data

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate.

We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct or update your information
  • Request deletion of your data

You can manage most of this directly in the App or by contacting us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website with an updated effective date.
